Cancellation privileges for outsourcers in India

In the next few months, Indian outsourcing companies will have to pay higher taxes. In March next year is the deadline for benefits provided to such companies by the Indian government.

This means a significant increase in the cost of tax payments. Such a system of tax exemptions exist in the country for some time. For the first time "tax holidays" have been introduced in the country back in 1998. The initial period for which the company's outsourcers have received tax credits, amounted to ten years. However, in 2008 the government decided to extend the deadline for another two years, explaining its decision to the crisis, during which heavily damaged the IT companies and developers in particular. As in recent months the market has improved markedly, the ending of "tax holidays" for Indian outsourcers are very close.

Nevertheless, experts believe that such a decision the Government will seriously influence will affect many companies, especially the leaders. Their tax payments may increase a half to two times and reach about 25%. However, not all companies will suffer so seriously, it all depends on what was tax cuts in more than a decade of "tax holidays". Specialists are linked, including the need to increase staff salaries after last year's crisis and the freezing of wage growth.
